Galvanized iron wire is divided into hot-dip galvanized wire and electro galvanized wire, zinc coating of hot-dip galvanized wire is 40g/m2-60g/m2,zinc coating of electro galvanized wire is 8g/m2-12g/m2.
Production Technology: Galvanized iron wire is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire rod,by drawing,pickling,rust removing,high temperature annealing,hot dip galvanizing and cooling,etc.
Advantages: Galvanized iron wire has good toughness and elasticity,and the maximum zinc coating can reach 300 g/m2. It has the characteristics of thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance.
Application: It is widely used in construction ,handicraft ,preparation of silk screen, highway fence, product packaging and daily civil and other fields.
